Brook is a modern Shoreham restaurant and wine bar, led by a small team who care deeply about hospitality and great ingredients. An independent, community-focused space, inspired by the South Coast and the joy of gathering.

Brook work with local suppliers, make almost everything in-house, and design our menu to be flexible - whether you want to graze or stay for a full meal. Brook is a continuation of the story they began as Wild Lemon, but now sharper, warmer, and more personally rooted. They invite neighbours, friends, and visitors to enjoy food and wine the way they love it: simple, seasonal, and served with heart.
